John is an accomplished economist, strategist, and entrepreneur. With a degree in Economics and a Masters in market strategy, he has been fascinated with business approaches since his early career. Keeping a keen eye on numbers he has a unique talent in combining left- and right-brain thinking to create solutions to customer and market challenges as well as uncovering hidden business opportunities. He is a specialist in customer economics and market strategy, and past chair of the world’s largest professional marketing organisation.
Dr Paul Fifield, Chairman
Paul is a strategist, writer and teacher. He has a MBA & PhD from Cranfield School of Management and has devoted his career (and life) to being a rare breed: a business academic. Alongside working with major organisations, his recent academic posts include a visiting Professor at Southampton University School of Management and Paris’ College des Ingénieurs and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Bath. He is passionate about the idea that unconventional thinking has a great tradition of success.
